Friday 8th May - Quicke's: Under the Cloth with Poppy Bethell-Vickers
Instagram Live (@quickescheese), 5pm-5.30pm

Poppy Quicke's Cheese British Cheese Weekender

Poppy will take you on a guided tasting of Quicke’s clothbound cheddar, understanding its heritage, techniques, flavours and how to pair it. We'll uncover the history of Quicke's, taking in the Tudors and medieval cheese through to cheese today. Learn about our artisan tenchniques - like the way we wrap our cheese in muslin cloth and lard, why we do this and the impact on the flavour. We'll delve into the affect of maturation with a tasting of Quicke's Vintage vs. Quicke's Mature. Spot the difference between our artisan clothbound cheddar and mass-produced block cheddar, and learn why some Quicke's cheeses are orange and how this came about.

Sunday 10th May - Garden Leaves and Cheese with Mary Quicke
Instagram Live (@quickescheese), 6pm-6:30pm

Mary Quicke British Cheese Weekender

Mary Quicke invites you to her home in Devon to talk about spring on the farm, her love for home grown salad lettuce, including tips and advice on varieties for flavour, and her favourite cheese pairings.

We're going to be asking Mary your questions, so if you'd like to put a question forward, please email it to marketing@quickes.co.uk or message us on our social media channels. We look forward to seeing you there!
