There's so much we'd love to tell you about artisanal cheese. We have made this site to educate and inform – and to tempt you into trying some of our fabulous produce – and we will continue to update it as our business sees fit. This may include adding and removing information and services without notice – but if you have any questions and can't find the answers, just get in touch.
We've published the information included on the various pages of the website in good faith, but we can't guarantee that it is entirely free from errors, up to date or suitable for your use. So we do not accept any liability for any loss however caused, from the content contained within the website.

Rights and Responsibilities
We put great care into every handmade truckle, so it's really important to us that our cheese finds its way to you safely. By ordering from us, you are providing details that are accurate, true and complete and that your payment card details are correct. It is your responsibility to check that all information that you supply is correct. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse the value of any goods which have perished or have been damaged as a result of failure to provide accurate information.
For all orders placed via telephone or the website we require an up to date phone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
We love visitors at Home Farm. But we also respect and protect the privacy of all visitors to our website. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are at all concerned about anything regarding the privacy of your details. We collect personal information when you subscribe to our mailing list or when you make a purchase from our website or by phone.

Shipping, Refunds and Cancellations
Their flavours may be robust and long-lasting, but our products themselves are perishable, meaning we are unable to accept order cancellations after products have been despatched.
We're happy to ship orders to any destination in the UK.
All orders for Mainland UK are despatched Monday – Thursday using a next day delivery service to ensure that they arrive with you in the best possible condition. We work out the shipping charges based on the weight of your items and the costs set out by our courier company. We'll let you know exactly how much shipping will cost when you place your order.
For Scottish Highlands and Islands we ship goods using a Royal Mail first class service; for remote locations please allow extra time for your order to arrive. Any questions about your order? Give our shop team a ring on 01392 851000.
Since most of our products are perishable, all parcels must be signed for. If you think you might be out when the postman calls, please include full delivery instructions such as ‘leave in the shed/ porch/ with a neighbour’.
We're very proud of our handmade artisan cheeses. In the unlikely event of an order falling short of your expectations in any way, please get in touch to discuss a refund.
Our luxurious hampers are laden with edible goodies – indeed all the hampers we sell online contain only food items.
Some of the hampers available to buy online contain non-cheese products from our carefully chosen suppliers. If you are unhappy with the quality of any of these goods do let us know so we can put things right. Everything included in the hamper is covered by Quicke’s terms and conditions.
The hampers and selection boxes displayed on our website contain only the items listed; any extra bits used in the photographs are not included in the hampers and selection boxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Cheese Celebration Cakes
Every cheese wedding cake we make is a true one-off, meaning you'll need to order these directly from our Farm Shop. Call us for a friendly chat on 01392 851000, email email@example.com or pop in and see us – we'd be happy to talk you through the options for your big day.
It's important to us that your wedding cake arrives in the best possible condition, so we offer a premium insured delivery service for these orders to give you peace of mind. This is an optional extra though, and we'll let you know about extra costs when we talk through your order.
Our newsletter up offer excludes all Celebration Cheese Cakes.
Product Appearance and Description
Our produce really does look as good as it tastes. The appearance of all products shown on the website has been displayed as accurately as possible, including colours, dimensions, specifications and packaging. Just so you know, we may from time to time alter the product specifications of items displayed on the website without prior notice. The packaging of our products may also vary from time to time although this will not affect the superb quality of the contents.
We package all our products carefully by hand, and we'll make every effort to ensure that your goods to arrive in the best condition possible.
We're always finding delicious new things to share with you, so we reserve the right to modify our stock range from time to time. If you find that something you love seems to be unavailable, please give our shop team a call on 01392 851000.

Quicke's vouchers are a great way of making sure someone you care about gets exactly the gourmet gift they're after. To keep things simple, vouchers bought online are only redeemable online – not in our farm shop at Quicke's in Newton St Cyres. But we'd still love you to pop in!
We don't exchange gift vouchers for cash. Swap them for wonderful cheese instead!
If the value of goods bought online is less than the value of the gift voucher we will leave any balance as a credit for you to spend at a future date at www.quickes.co.uk. This credit will be deducted from your next order.
Online vouchers are valid until the date shown; usually this will be 12 months from the date of issue.
