Our 1.8kg truckles make a generous gift or a show-stopping addition to a splendid Christmas feast.
Because these truckles are smaller and more compact than our traditional 27kg cheeses, they develop their own glorious character and flavour. They are matured for 3–6 months, giving each truckle its own distinctive taste and texture.
