Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar 200g Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured typically for 12-15 months. A rich and buttery cheddar that offers outstanding depth of flavour, which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. Brothy to grassy to caramel notes.

Quicke's Goat's Milk Clothbound Cheese 200g (V) Handcrafted using locally sourced goat's milk, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months. Vibrant, almondy, buttery: a delightfully different goat’s milk cheese and the perfect addition to a cheeseboard this season. Outstanding with a dollop of the Spiced Damson Chutney.

Quicke's Smoked Clothbound Cheddar 200g Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured typically for 9-12 months. Selected from our most balanced mature cheddar, this cheese is smoked using oak chips from trees grown on the Quicke's Estate for a sensuously smoky, buttery flavour. 

Tracklements Sticky Fig Relish 210g A lightly spiced and sweet fig relish. Perfect for pairing with Quicke's Cheese.

Peter's Yard Charcoal & Rye Crackers 90g  These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with Peter's Yard's signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and organic fresh milk. Alongside being a cheeseboard essential, these crackers make a striking canapé base.

Cornish Olive Stall 'The Mix' 200g  A stunning mix of big pitted green Halkidiki and Kalamata olives marinated with orange, thyme and coriander seeds. This pack of olives will add a brilliant splash of colour to your cheeseboard.

Mrs Gill's Fruit Cake 360g Mrs Gill's fruit cake is handmade just 16 miles away from our farm. Following a 200-year-old recipe, Lisa uses local eggs and butter along with handfuls of plump vine fruits to create a wonderfully rich and moist fruit cake. Enjoy with a wedge of Mature Cheddar.

Mr Filbert's  Simply Sea Salt Mixed Nuts Mr Filbert's Roasted peanuts, cashews and almonds with sea salt create a delightful snack and also the perfect addition to a cheeseboard.
