DELIVERY

• Can I select a specific delivery date? Yes, when you go to the checkout, click on the calendar, this will show the available dates for the products you have in your basket. Please note we can only delivery Tuesday to Friday.

• How much does delivery cost? We charge £5.95 for orders under £60 and orders over £60 are delivered for free. All Quicke’s curated cheese boxes are delivered for free.

• When it the last delivery date for Christmas? Thursday 22nd December (book early to avoid disappointment)

• What days do you deliver? Tuesday to Friday as standard but at Christmas, we are opening up Saturday deliveries.

• What Saturdays in the run up to Christmas are you delivering?

      Saturday 3rd December

      Saturday 10th December

      Saturday 17th December

• Can I collect an order from the cheese shop? Yes, you can email your order to Cheesebox@quickes.co.uk and collect Monday to Friday between 11 and 3 or use the click and collect service on the website.

• When will my order arrive? All UK deliveries will arrive within 1-2 working days of despatch. We send out orders using DPD next day service, Monday - Thursday. Please note, the following delivery timings are for certain areas in Scotland and service does vary. Please take this into account when placing your order if you need it for a specific event.

CHEESE

Is Quicke's cheese vegetarian?

We have a range of cheese that is suitable for vegetarians; Double Devonshire, Devonshire Red, Elderflower and our Goat's Milk cheeses. These cheeses are made using vegetarian rennet and vegetable oil. View our vegetarian cheeses.

Our cheddars are made using animal rennet and we use lard in a traditional fashion to soak the muslin that wraps our clothbound cheese. 

Is Quicke's cheese pasteurised? 

Yes, all of our range of clothbound cheese is made using pasteurised milk.  

How do I cut and look after my truckle? In your order there will be a how to cut a truckle leaflet, but if you would like to see this online, you can visit this page.

If I order now for Christmas will my cheese have a best before till January?  Any order dispatched in November and December will have a best before of alt least January. 

GENERAL

Can I add to my order?

Yes, in order to not pay delivery twice, if you place an order as click and collect and email us with your original order number, we can combine the orders for you.  

Will an invoice be in the delivery?

No, we only send a packing slip, so no price will be shown.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes, at the checkout there is a box to add a gift message, this will appear at the bottom of the festive packing slip.

How is my order sent?

We send all orders on a next day delivery service via DPD to mainland UK only. Please see delivery details below, as some addresses are different service times.

Can I receive updates of where my order is?

Please supply an email or mobile number to receive tracking updates on the day of dispatch.

Will I receive a receipt? A receipt will be emailed to you, please let us know if you would also like a paper copy.
