A wonderfully rich, rounded cheddar with a deep, complex balance of flavours- from brothy to buttery, to fresh-cut grass.
Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 18 months.

Judges feedback: "The judges thought that it looked like a picture-perfect cheese. It is clean on the rind and on the paste, and it crumbles as a cheddar should. It is a proper clothbound cheddar that we thought was the perfect age. This cheese has excellent flavour and a lovely back note and is a crowd pleaser for those who like flavoursome cheese but don't want an older, drier cheese - it is an accomplished cheese."
