Mature Clothbound Cheddar - 4kg half cheese
Our 4kg Mature Clothbound Cheddar is half of our traditional 8kg whole cheese, cut across the middle, a striking choice for a special gift, a party or a celebration, in a more manageable size than the whole wheel.
A half cheese is a memorable way to experience our traditional clothbound cheddar, still making a real statement when served at the table.
Please allow seven days' notice when ordering.
Storage
As the cheese has already been cut, we recommend storing and consuming it in the same way as our wedges, wrapping the cut face to protect it once opened.
Delivery & Returns
Since most of our products are perishable, all parcels must be signed for. If you think you might be out when the postman calls, please include full delivery instructions such as ‘leave in the shed/ porch/ with a neighbour’. We're very proud of our handmade artisan cheeses. In the unlikely event of an order falling short of your expectations in any way, please get in touch to discuss a refund.
