Description
Our Buttery Clothbound Cheddar is handcrafted on our Devon farm using milk from our own herd of cows, then naturally matured for around 3 months.
The youngest cheddar in our range, this artisan farmhouse cheddar is wonderfully buttery with a subtle, clean aroma and the smooth richness of our Devonshire milk - a great introduction to traditional clothbound cheddar.
Awarded 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2026, with judges praising its "creamy, tangy, characterful" flavour and "particularly nutty depth" for a young cheddar.
