We are delighted to have partnered with Brighton based baker and recipe writer Martha Collison.
Martha's love of baking begun as a small child when her parents gave her free rein of their kitchen and it hasn't stopped! In 2014 she was the youngest ever contestant to appear on the Great British Bake Off reaching the quarter finals!
Martha has published two recipe books, has a weekly magazine column in Waitrose Weekend, bakes at high profile events and involves herself in charity work notably for Tearfund and Bramber Bakehouse.
Martha has a strong interest in handmade cheese, having judged alongside members of our team at the 2019 World Cheese Awards and gained her Academy of Cheese Level 1 qualification ( Mary Quicke was heavily involved in the setting up of the Academy of Cheese).
A combination of a passion for high quality cheese and a love of baking makes Martha the perfect person to create some 'Feel Good' recipes using our cheeses and butters.
