Tickets are available on the Slow Food Ludlow website.
Abergavenny Food Festival Masterclass
On Saturday 15th September at St Mary’s Priory in the heart of the world-famous Abergavenny Food Festival a magnificent masterclass is taking place. Mark Hindle from Quicke’s and Mike Hill of Utobeer will be joining forces to guide you through a detailed Welsh beer and cheese pairing. You’ll learn everything from where to source and store your cheese to the impact of hops and malts on your favourite brew. Featuring our Oak Smoked, Elderflower, Mature and Extra Mature, you will be shown how to match the finest Welsh beers with each of the different Quicke's cheeses.
Tickets are available on the Abergavenny Food Festival website. Sorry, this has now sold out.
Quicke’s cheese is available throughout both festivals at the Heritage Cheese stand run by Enrico Messora and is well worth a visit to sample and buy some of our delicious artisan cheese. See you there!
