Spice Island Chilli create high-quality, delicious and versatile Chilli sauces. Based in Portsmouth, Spice Island Chilli was founded by Liam Coleman in 2015 with the aim to intensify home cooking. These sauces can be used to cook, dip or marinate.
Centurion 1744 is hot chilli sauce. With Scotch Bonnet Chilli and Rum, this sauce is great for incorporating into Mexican dishes and topping pizzas. If you like heat, we recommend enhancing your cheese on toast with this warming sauce and some Quicke's Mature Cheddar.
