Sandford Orchards Katja Martinotti Style Cider
Expert cidermaker Barny Butterfield is passionate about protecting Devon’s traditional cider methods. Based just a few miles from our farm, Sandford Orchards' award-winning ciders use naturally fermented apple juice from orchards within a 30-mile radius of their press in Crediton.
This is a take on a fresh fragrant Prosecco, made using the dessert apple Katja. This is a single-variety cider, with a dry to medium flavour. Vibrant, light and fresh. Fragrant green apple and strawberry notes, with a subtle sweetness and a crisp natural acidity. Undertones of melon, honeysuckle and citrus fruit.
