Peters Yard Pink Peppercorn Crispbread
These Pink Peppercorn sourdough crispbreads are inspired by Peters Yard's love of Sweden, the home of crispbread. They use simple, natural ingredients including organic Spelt flour, organic fresh milk, crushed pink peppercorns and their precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made.
A great base for a canape with some whipped feta and herbs to top.
Ingredients: Spelt wheat flour, milk, rye flour, sourdough 5% (rye flour, water), honey, pink peppercorn 2.1%, sea salt
