Papillion’s newest gin is the new red grapefruit gin, which is named Ruby after the Ruby Tiger Moth. An incredibly light fresh tasting gin that lends itself to being paired with a younger cheese. Paired with the elderflower cheese you get a lovely initial hit of fruit citrus then creamy and floral notes throughout with a citrusy refreshing finish. Perfect on a hot summer's day. The citrus ruby pink gin is smooth with herbal notes combined with the Buttery Clothbound Cheddarr it’s a lovely base for the gin create a subtle citrus finish, that leaves you wanting to go back for more.
