Absolutely delicious!
I have actually never enjoyed whisky as a straight drink, but this concoction is a bit of a revelation as it pairs the ginger so well that the overall flavour is just lovely. There’s enough alcohol to give it a bit of substance but not so much it becomes harsh - this is perfectly smooth and slips down a treat!
