With just four ingredients in cheese making, we passionately believe that each one should be the best it can possibly be. We use milk from our own herd of cows combined with natural rennet and heritage starters. This is followed by the addition of mineral-rich Cornish Sea Salt to our cheese elevating the unique flavour profile, enhancing our award-winning recipe and adding an extra zing on the palate.

ABOUT CORNISH SEA SALT
Cornish Sea Salt was set up to bridge the ancient and modern worlds. Production is still inspired by the original methods of harvesting the goodness of the ocean. This would be one of the very few sea salt industries harvesting from open waters, more specifically the protected waters of the Atlantic lapping at the shores of The Lizard, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

SEA SALT IN CHEESEMAKING
For us, there is industrial table salt, then there is natural sea salt - we see the two as incomparable. Cornish Sea Salt has a unique mineral-rich flavour that has added a new complexity of flavour to our expertly crafted clothbound cheddar. Just like in cooking, the addition of Cornish Sea Salt into the cheesemaking process has added a lovely brightness and you really notice an extra zing at the end.

- UK entrants only.
- Winner will be picked at random and contacted by email from Quicke's Cheese within 5 days of the competition closing.
- Only one entry will be counted per person.
- We reserve the right (when reasonably required to do so) to replace the stated prizes with prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered.
