The Quicke family have farmed the same land in Devon, South West England since 1540 and have been making cheese since 1973. Rooted in a deep connection to the land a commitment to sustainable farming, we craft our cheeses using recipes passed down through the generations.
Each of our cheeses reflects the richness of our Devon soil, our carefully grazed pastures and the art of slow maturation.
