Moores Dorset Knobs In Tin
Moores Dorset Knob Biscuits are made from a traditionally fermented dough and given three separate bakings, creating their distinctive flavour and wonderfully crisp texture.
Back in the day Dorset farmers would dunk the biscuits in hot tea then sprinkle with sugar. We find they are jolly tasty split open and slathered with butter or enjoyed with a good wedge of cheese.
Crunchy, deeply satisfying and deliciously moreish (pardon the pun!).

Since most of our products are perishable, all parcels must be signed for. If you think you might be out when the postman calls, please include full delivery instructions such as ‘leave in the shed/ porch/ with a neighbour’. We're very proud of our handmade artisan cheeses.
