Deliciously smooth creamy stilton made by Colston Bassett Dairy in Nottinghamshire.

2 week best before date from delivery date.

Not suitable for vegetarians.

Wedges are hand cut to be as close to 200g in weight. We will cut the wedges to order and therefore recommend that they are eaten within two weeks of receiving them.

Old memories of an excellent cheese
I really enjoyed the flavour of this cheese,with rind on two sides , my memories seem to start from when I was four years old .76 years ago,there wasn't much of anything about then ,my dad used to dig for winkles by Portchester castle, can't do that now , and often for sunday tea we had winkles ,fresh watercress from the Hampshire chalk rivers and a piece of stilton , stilton and watercress is a great combination .
