Artisan producer of award-winning sweet and savoury preserves, Clare’s Preserves is based in the foothills of Dartmoor, Devon. All products are lovingly handmade in small batches, using traditional open-pot methods with only the finest natural ingredients.
Slices of cucumber and onion are pickled in lightly spiced vinegar and sugar liquor. The result is an amazingly fresh, sweet and sour crisp pickle full of crunch, perfect with buttery cheddar.
