Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar 200g
A rich and buttery cheddar with outstanding depth of flavour which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. Brothy to grassy caramel notes. Superb with English stout, pale ale, a robust cabernet sauvignon or strong-flavoured salad. Typically aged 12-15 months.

Mrs Gill's Fruit Cake 360g Mrs Gill's fruit cake is handmade just 16 miles away from our farm. Following a 200-year-old recipe, Lisa uses local eggs and butter along with handfuls of plump vine fruits to create a wonderfully rich and moist fruit cake.
