A rich, buttery clothbound cheddar with outstanding depth of flavour that develops as it reaches the back of the palate, brothy to grassy caramel notes.

Hand selected from our most balanced mature cheddar and smoked over oak chips grown on the Quicke's estate, for a sensuously smoky, buttery flavour.

A wonderfully rich, rounded cheddar with a deep, complex balance of flavours, from brothy to buttery to fresh cut grass.
Quicke's Goat's Milk Cheese, 120g (V)
Handcrafted using the finest goat's milk, it is mild in flavour with almondy and buttery notes.
Quicke's Devonshire Red Cheese, 120g (V)
Our distinctive take on a classic Red Leicester, crumbly, fresh and nutty, with a lemony creaminess.

Select the date at the checkout that you wish your order to be delivered. Free delivery with this product to UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highland addresses). Your order will be delivered by DHL.
Cheese care
Once opened we recommend wrapping your cheese in greaseproof paper and storing it in an air-tight/Tupperware container in the fridge. Kept like this it should last up to 14 days. Assuming you haven’t eaten it by then. For more guidance see the best before date on the cheese. SERVING- Please allow two hours at room temperature before serving to bring Quicke’s wonderful flavours to life.
