Goat’s Milk Clothbound Cheese 200g
Vibrant, almondy and buttery - a delightfully distinctive goat’s milk cheese.
Oak Smoked Goat’s Milk Cheese 200g
Cold-smoked using oak chips from trees grown in our own woodlands, this cheese is carefully prepared by our team, who cut 25kg wheels into 16ths before placing them in the smoking room overnight. By morning, the oak smoke has gently infused each piece, creating a subtle smokiness, slightly darkened edges, and a rich, nutty depth of flavour.
Goat’s Whey Butter 250g
A delicious alternative to traditional cow’s milk butter, with a brilliant white colour and clean, almondy flavour. Made from the finest goat’s milk and carefully churned into delicate curls using traditional wooden ‘Scotch hands’.
Delivery
You can select your chosen delivery date at the checkout. We dispatch all orders on a next day basis via DPD, Monday to Thursday to mainland UK addresses only. Some postcodes can take 2 working days, please check the FAQs for details of these postcodes. Delivery is free for any hamper and cheese boxes.
Cheese care
Once opened we recommend wrapping your cheese in greaseproof paper and storing it in an air-tight/Tupperware container in the fridge. For more guidance see the best before date on the cheese. SERVING- Please allow two hours at room temperature before serving to bring Quicke’s wonderful flavours to life.
