Baby Alp Blossom

We have a few beautiful ‘baby’ Alp Blossoms available. Crafted by cheesemaker Albert Kraus in his dairy on the edge of the Bavarian Alps, each 1kg round is matured for 8 months before being dressed in a vibrant mix of organic, dried edible flowers and herbs grown in the surrounding Alpine meadows.
Tasting Notes: Creamy with subtly sweet alpine notes, finished with the delicate savoury flavours of flowers and herbs on the rind.
Size: 1kg whole cheese.
Delivery & Returns
Since most of our products are perishable, all parcels must be signed for. If you think you might be out when the postman calls, please include full delivery instructions such as ‘leave in the shed/ porch/ with a neighbour’. We're very proud of our handmade artisan cheeses. In the unlikely event of an order falling short of your expectations in any way, please get in touch to discuss a refund.
