This Goats milk cheese has the flavour and texture which, grated into the Mascapone sauce and on top to serve, takes a mushroom and chicken creamy pasta dish to the next level, fabulous!

A beautiful cheese, not at all 'goaty', such a versatile cheese, most of this block was used shaved over Asparagus Risotto, just sublime. Perfect for a summer cheese board.
