Romesco sauce is a deliciously rich Catalan inspired sauce with Nora peppers, olive oil and sherry vinegar. Its a perfect accompaniment to pasta or a different take on a sourdough pizza. You can whip up a quick pizza or pasta in no time with this delicious tomato sauce.
