Sourdough Dough Balls x 4
These Sourdough dough balls are produced using a high level of sourdough which has been selected to promote a flavour profile with rye, earthy, cereal notes and an intense acidity that packs a flavoursome punch. These dough balls are the perfect base for you to create your very own artisanal pizza at home.
We recommend pairing this with Smokey Tomato Relish and Quicke's Buttery Clothbound Cheddar and Quicke's Double Devonshire cheese for a lovely cheesy Margarita melt.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Yeast, Flour treatment agent E300: Ascorbic acid.
Take it out from the freezer. Defrost overnight (at least 12 hours) in a refrigerator covered with a clean cloth or cling wrap to prevent drying out. Remove 2 hours prior to use bring up to room temperature allow to double in size. Refrigerate to keep stable prior to processing. To process: Either hand stretch or roll out using a rolling pin to your required size. Place in a pre-oiled pizza pan and top with ingredients as required.
Store frozen until required for use at -18C or below. If defrosted on arrival you can refreeze if you don't want to use that day.

Since most of our products are perishable, all parcels must be signed for. If you think you might be out when the postman calls, please include full delivery instructions such as ‘leave in the shed/ porch/ with a neighbour’. We're very proud of our handmade artisan cheeses.
