Top Tier:  EVE Handmade in Somerset by White Lake who makes the most incredible soft cheeses. Eve is a unique soft Goat's Cheese, made using 100% goats milk, this soft cheese is washed in Somerset cider brandy, adding a wonderful depth of flavour. The cheese is then wrapped in a vine leaf and matured. The perfect tier to a wedding cake, adding a bit of colour from the leaves and creating a wonderful nutty finish.

Third Tier:  SHARPHAM BRIE Made using their own Sharpham recipe since 1981, cheesemaker Peter Haworth and owner Greg Parsons create this luscious and extraordinary cheese with raw milk from the Sharpham Jersey herd. Luscious, melting, mould-ripened. firm, rich and creamy when young, softening with mushroomy notes and a chicory finish with age. 

Second Tier: COLSTON BASSETT STILTON  Handmade in Nottingham-shire by Colstan Bassett Creamery. Stilton’s origins date back to the 18th century when it was eaten at The Bell Inn, Stilton. Now a protected cheese, Stilton can only be made in the counties of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Colston Bassett Stilton is often considered to be the best. Little has changed since they started making cheese in 1913, and they still use the milk from four of the original local farms that set up the co-operative in the beginning. The reputation of the dairy has gone from strength to strength, and it is now famous for making Stilton that is velvety and smooth, with a full, well-balanced, sweet and ‘mineral-y’ flavour. This Stilton is creamy buttery with the characteristic blue vein of a Stilton. It has a balanced gentler flavour than some stilt on.

First Tier: NETTLE YARG Handmade in Cornwall, by Lynher Dairies,  Cornish Yarg is made with aromatic hand-picked spring nettles from the Cornish woodlands, This is a semi-hard Cornish cheese made using grass-rich Cornish milk. It has an unmistakable colour with its nettle wrap. Matured for five weeks, it takes on a fresh mushroomy taste with an irresistible crumble in the core. Deliciously different.

Base Tier: QUICKE'S 1.5kg of EXTRA MATUREHandcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 18 months. A wonderfully rich, rounded cheddar with a deep, complex balance of flavours - from brothy to buttery, to fresh-cut grass. DEVONSHIRE RED Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months. This vibrant, full-flavoured cheese is our distinctive take on a classic Red Leicester, with a crumbly texture, fresh, nutty flavours and a lemony creaminess. VINTAGE CHEDDAR The oldest in our range, this is a rich intense cheese with a delightfully crumbly texture and huge depth of flavour- from umami to buttery, to salted caramel. DOUBLE DEVONSHIRE- Our unique take on a traditional Double Gloucester. Elegantly mellow with a buttery, long-lasting taste.
