A rich and buttery cheddar that offers outstanding depth of flavour, which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. Brothy to grassy to caramel notes.

As a Devonshire couple now living in Scotland we look forward to our occasional order from Quickes. The Mature Cheddar is a family favourite, full of flavour it never disappoints, along with the newer Red Devon these are our must haves on the cheese board.
