Colston Bassett Stilton 200g | Colston Bassett Dairy, Nottinghamshire | Cow | Pasteurised Made in Nottinghamshire by a cooperative of residents and using local milk. This is the only dairy that continues to use the traditional process of ladling curds from the vat to the cooling trays entirely by hand. This creates a smooth rich texture.
