This Pairs incredibly with our Extra Mature, the two flavours umami from the cheese and floral from the Vintage Reserve almost do a little dance together. A little 'tango' in thee mouth as Mary Quicke says.
PAIRING SUGGESTION:
Our Double Devonshire cheese and the Vintage Reserve is a very different pairing helping to bring the florals out of the wine and the acidity cuts through the creaminess. Both are very different kinds of cheese but equally pair deliciously with this light and aromatic wine.
