Top Tier: EVE Handmade in Somerset by White Lake who makes the most incredible soft cheeses. Eve is a unique soft Goat's Cheese, made using 100% goats milk, this soft cheese is washed in Somerset cider brandy, adding a wonderful depth of flavour. The cheese is then wrapped in a vine leaf and matured. The perfect tier to a wedding cake, adding a bit of colour from the leaves and creating a wonderful nutty finish. 

Third Tier:  TUNWORTH is made by Hampshire Cheese co. in Hampshire by Stacey Hodges, using local milk. A take on Camembert, unlike Normandy camemberts no butterfat is skimmed off the milk, producing a deeply creamy cheese with mushroom vegetal notes. 

Second Tier: NETTLE YARG Handmade in Cornwall, by Lynher Dairies,  Cornish Yarg is made with aromatic hand-picked spring nettles from the Cornish woodlands, This is a semi-hard Cornish cheese made using grass-rich Cornish milk. It has an unmistakable colour with its nettle wrap. Matured for five weeks, it takes on a fresh mushroomy taste with an irresistible crumble in the core. Deliciously different.

First Tier: COLSTON BASSETT STILTON  Handmade in Nottingham-shire by Colston Bassett Creamery. Stilton’s origins date back to the 18th century when it was eaten at The Bell Inn, Stilton. Now a protected cheese, Stilton can only be made in the counties of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Colston Bassett Stilton is often considered to be the best. Little has changed since they started making cheese in 1913, and they still use the milk from four of the original local farms that set up the co-operative in the beginning. The reputation of the dairy has gone from strength to strength, and it is now famous for making Stilton that is velvety and smooth, with a full, well-balanced, sweet and ‘mineral-y’ flavour. This Stilton is creamy buttery with the characteristic blue vein of a Stilton. It has a balanced gentler flavour than some Stilton.

Base Tier: QUICKE'S MATURE A rich and buttery cheddar that offers outstanding depth of flavour, which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. Brothy to grassy to caramel notes.
