Description
Our distinctive take on Red Leicester. A fresher cheese than traditional cheddar, our Devonshire Red retains a nuttiness, combined with a lemony creaminess and a glorious crumbly texture. Infused with natural annatto for an intense amber colour. Typically matured for 6 months.
Measurements:17cm diameter and 8cm depth
Pair with Sandford Orchards' Devon Red or Sharpham's Dart Valley Reserve.
