Capreolus, based in Dorset produce a wide range of charcuterie using artisan techniques from locally sourced, where possible West Country meat. This wonderful charcuterie selection will give you a wide variety of meats to create a showstopping cheese and charcuterie platter.
Inspired by the flavours of Calabria in Italy Capreolus created this salami. The recipe is a blend of pork with a sweet wine, fennel and a hint of chilli. This complements our Quicke's Extra Mature Cheddar perfectly and is a great addition to any summer platter or even a woodfired pizza.

Keep in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Once open keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
