Handcrafted using locally-sourced sheep's milk, clothbound and naturally matured on our 500-year-old farm in Devon.
The smooth richness of the milk imparts a terrific depth of flavour and, as with all our cheeses, it is made with heritage starters using traditional methods that date back generations.
It is incredibly buttery and creamy with fruity olive oil notes throughout and a long milky middle that gives way to a nutty slightly peppery finish.
The perfect summer cheese that pairs perfectly with a crisp Chenin Blanc. Shave over summer salads, add to savoury muffins or simply enjoy with some freshly baked bread.
Available in 200g wedges.
