Quicke's Vintage Clothbound Cheddar 200g
The oldest in our range, this is a rich, intense cheese with a delightfully crumbly texture and huge depth of flavour - from umami to buttery, to salted caramel. Splendid with chardonnay or cabernet sauvignon; adds personality to pesto. Typically aged 24 months.
Goat's Milk Clothbound Cheese 200g
Vibrant, almondy, buttery: a delightfully different hard goat's milk cheese. Perfect with perry, pale ale or stout and adds depth to salads and risotto. Typically matured for 6 months.
Quicke's Devonshire Red Clothbound Cheese 200g
This vibrant, full-flavoured cheese is our distinctive take on a classic Red Leicester, with a crumbly texture, fresh, nutty flavours and a lemony creaminess. Rewarding with riesling or rioja, superb with savoury scones or shepherd's pie. Typically matured for 6 months.
Sharpham Sparkling Blanc, 12%
A light and fresh, traditional method English Sparkling Wine. It is citrus driven that also shows green apple, toast and baked bread from the lees ageing. The palate has a fresh acidity and a soft mousse.

A wheaty, crisp and crunchy cracker, subtly flavoured with fig and olive oil, before being sprinkled with sea salt. Perfect for hard cheeses like cheddar.

Based just down the road from Home Farm in Exeter, Hillside are known for their delicious range of sauces, condiments and other things that go well with cheese. This is one of their bestsellers - a complex celery pickle that is the perfect mix of sweet and sour.
Dartmoor Wild Flower Honey
Honey bees are not so common on Dartmoor & Peter is one of a few honey producers. The honey is pure, clear & smooth, with a distinct Dartmoor flavour reflecting the peaty waters of the moors’ rivers. The pollen & nectar come from clover, brambles & heather.

On the shopping cart page you will be given the opportunity to select a date to receive your order or, if you're local to us, you can opt for our click & collect service from Quicke's Cheese Box, Newton St. Cyres, Exeter, EX5 5AY. All UK deliveries will arrive within 1-2 working days of despatch. Since most of our products are perishable, all orders are prepared the day before dispatch. We send out orders using a third-party courier service for arrival Tuesday - Friday. To arrange for a parcel to be left in a safe place please leave full instructions in the notes section of the shopping cart page such as 'leave in the shed/porch/with a neighbour'.

Keep refrigerated. To enjoy this cheese at its best, eat within 7 days of opening and by the best before date shown. Once opened we recommend wrapping your cheese in greaseproof paper and storing in an air-tight container in the fridge.
