We started making our multi-award-winnning Goat's Milk Cheese in 2003 using the finest locally sourced milk. Five years later we trialled an Oak Smoked Goat's Milk Cheese. Both cheeses have become firm favourites in our range ever since. The whey leftover from the goat's cheesemaking process is used to make delicious Goat's Whey Butter.

Oak Smoked Goat's Milk Cheese 200g | Pasteurised (V)
Cold smoked using oak chips from trees on our estate for a subtle smoky flavour with a nutty sweetness. Naturally matured for 6 months.
Salted Goat's Whey Butter 250g | Pasteurised (V)
A delicious alternative to traditional cow's milk butter, with a brilliant white colour and clean, almond flavour.

Delivery
On the shopping cart page you will be given the opportunity to select a date to receive your order or, if you're local to us, you can opt for our click & collect service from Quicke's Cheese Box, Newton St. Cyres, Exeter, EX5 5AY. All UK deliveries will arrive within 1-2 working days of despatch. Since most of our products are perishable, all orders are prepared the day before dispatch. We send out orders using a third-party courier service for arrival Tuesday - Friday. To arrange for a parcel to be left in a safe place please leave full instructions in the notes section of the shopping cart page such as 'leave in the shed/porch/with a neighbour'.
Cheese care
Keep refrigerated. To enjoy this cheese at its best, eat within 7 days of opening and by the best before date shown. Once opened we recommend wrapping your cheese in greaseproof paper and storing in an air-tight container in the fridge.
