Hillside Fruit for Cheese: Quince
Hillside is a family run company based in the picturesque village of Kenn, just outside Exeter. Jay Allan, a former Head Chef at a luxury hotel on Dartmoor started the business back in 2008 making the membrillo fruit pastes. The range has developed over time and now includes some delicious pickles and chutneys, the perfect addition to any cheeseboard.
Inspired by traditional Membrillo (quince paste), this concentrated fruit puree is intensely flavoured and designed to be served with cheese and charcuterie.
