Crock and Cole Kimchi
Crock & Cole launched in 2019, with a vision to produce a range of wild fermented products for our local community. They use traditional ceramic fermenting vessels and embrace the diversity, seasonality and lack of homogeneity of their product's. Made in Totnes in Devon, with organic vegetables – some certified, some not – some homegrown, the rest as local as can be – all grown ecologically and chemical-free.
Crock & Cole's version of the Korean staple. Made using a mixture of in-season veg. This pairs perfectly with Quicke's Buttery Cheddar on a cheese toastie.
Savoy / tundra cabbage, turnip/kohlrabi/swede, cauliflower, carrot, ginger, red onion, garlic, gochugarru chilli flakes and unrefined sea salt.
