Crock and Cole Devon Red Sauerkraut
Crock & Cole launched in 2019, with a vision to produce a range of wild fermented products for our local community. They use traditional ceramic fermenting vessels and embrace the diversity, seasonality and lack of homogeneity of their product's. Made in Totnes in Devon with organic vegetables – some certified, some not – some homegrown, the rest as local as can be – all grown ecologically and chemical-free.
Sauerkraut – An earthy, European style sauerkraut. A raw, live, probiotic, made with beetroot, horseradish and red cabbage and a touch of caraway.
Red (and white) cabbage, beetroot, horseradish root, caraway seeds, unrefined sea salt.
Keep refrigerated, consume within 2 weeks of opening.
