Quicke's Mature Clothbound Cheddar 100g
A rich and buttery cheddar with outstanding depth of flavour which develops as it reaches the back of the palate. Brothy to grassy caramel notes. Superb with English stout, pale ale, a robust cabernet sauvignon or strong-flavoured salad. Typically aged 12-15 months.
Quicke's Oak Smoked Cheddar 100g
Hand-selected from our most balanced mature cheddar, this cheese is smoked using oak chips from trees grown on the Quicke's estate for a sensuously smoky, buttery flavour. Partners perfectly with a pinot noir or pale ale. Adds richness to rocket salad. Typically matured 9-12 months.
Quicke's Double Devonshire Cheese 100g (V) Our unique take on a traditional Double Gloucester. Elegantly mellow with a buttery, long-lasting taste. Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, natural colouring from annatto berries, clothbound and naturally matured. Pair with Hanlons' Yellow Hammer. Typically matured 6 months.
Quicke's Goat's milk Cheese 100g (V) Handcrafted using locally sourced goat's milk, clothbound and naturally matured. Vibrant, almondy, buttery: a delightfully different goat’s milk cheese. Adds depth to salads and risotto. Typically matured 6 months.
Quicke's Elderflower Cheese 100g (V) Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows and hand-picked elderflowers, clothbound and naturally matured. A fresh creamy clothbound cheese with a flicker of real elderflower running through it. Delicately scented, rich and buttery with aromatic floral notes. Typically matured 6 months.
Perfect for introducing someone new to Quicke's for the first time, or for those who want a smaller cut of a selection of the range. This box also contains tasting notes, each with its own flavour wheels and pairing suggestions.

You can select your chosen delivery date at the checkout. We dispatch all orders on a next day basis via DPD, Monday to Thursday to mainland UK addresses only. Some postcodes can take 2 working days, please check the FAQs for details of these postcodes. Delivery is free for any hamper and cheese boxes.
Once opened we recommend wrapping your cheese in greaseproof paper and storing it in an air-tight/Tupperware container in the fridge. Kept like this it should last up to 14 days. Assuming you haven’t eaten it by then. For more guidance see the best before date on the cheese. SERVING- Please allow two hours at room temperature before serving to bring Quicke’s wonderful flavours to life.
