Blackwoods Graceburn Soft Curd
Graceburn is a delicious soft curd made from raw cows milk, marinated in rapeseed oil, garlic, thyme and black pepper. It is the perfect addition to your cheeseboard or add it on top of a cracker along with a slice of fresh or sunbaked tomato and you have an instant canape.
This versatile cheese is made by David and Tim at Blackwoods Cheese Company based on Commonwork Organic Farm in Kent. Their crossbreed of Freisn Holsteins, Swedish Red and Montbleiard make the perfect raw, creamy ingredient to make such delicious soft cheese, akin to Persian feta.
Best served on a slice of crusty bread and the marinade can be used as a base for a salad dressing drizzled on top of a cooked pizza for an extra punch of flavour.
