These sour dough balls are the perfect base for you to create your very own artisanal pizza at home.
We recommend pairing this with Smokey Tomato Relish and Quicke's Buttery Clothbound Cheddar and Quicke's Double Devonshire cheese for a lovely cheesy Margarita melt.

Lovely tasting sourdough pizza. The only quibble was there is no nutritional information I.e calories etc and I really need this for slimming world.

We’ve tried a few ready maxes now but these definitely came up the best in our wood fire pizza oven absolutely easy to follow instructions 1 ball is enough for 2 pizzas will be purchasing again!
