limited edition Ewe's milk clothbound cheese
This small but mighty batch of twelve month old cheese has been lovingly handmade in our Cheese Dairy using milk from sheep that graze luscious pastures just ten miles from our farm. The smooth richness of the milk imparts a terrific depth of flavour and, as with all our cheeses, it is made with heritage starters using traditional methods that date back generations.
